Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using totalti.me ("the Service"), operated by CodeKraken LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a personal life-tracking application. It allows you to record your birth date, track life events, maintain a journal, set personal goals, and visualize your remaining time. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. The Service uses Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Google OAuth as an authentication provider.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is stored securely in a Supabase database with row-level security, meaning only you can access your own records.

We reserve the right to delete inactive accounts and their associated data after an extended period of inactivity. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before doing so.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that imposes unreasonable load

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeKraken LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, emotional distress arising from the nature of the Service's content, or decisions made based on the Service's visualizations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
